Burgundy
The quintessence of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, parcel by parcel.
Nowhere else is the terroir so fragmented: Burgundy is read in climats, in lieux-dits, sometimes in just a few rows of vines from one slope to another. This mosaic of limestone and marl soils gives rise to wines of rare precision, where each parcel expresses its own signature.

Our Burgundy selection is based on family estates dedicated to Southern Burgundy, between the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais, right up to the great names of the Côte de Beaune.

THE BURGUNDIAN SPIRIT
Pinot Noir for reds, Chardonnay for whites: two grape varieties, an infinity of expressions depending on exposure, the age of the vines, and the winemaker's touch. Burgundy is the school of subtlety.
